Group Workshop - One-sitting learning and immersive group experience designed to teach you to restore and maintain a healthy circadian rhythm through the lens of time, space, and behavior. The program blends environmental science, cognitive psychology, and design thinking to help participants rebuild healthy daily rhythm and restorative sleep. Available online and in-person. Includes a personalized home action plan. For organizations and wellness centers wishing to host an in-house experience.

Your chronotype is your body’s natural timing preference for sleep, energy, focus, and recovery throughout the day. Understanding it can help you make more realistic decisions around sleep timing, morning pressure, evening recovery, and cognitive load.

The Sleep Reset Program is based on recent research which sugessts that sleep is not only shaped by what happens right before bed. The same nervous system carrying stress, cognitive overload, emotional pressure, environmental stimulation, and disrupted timing through the day is the same system expected to fall asleep and remain asleep at night.

Instead of approaching sleep as a nighttime-only issue, the Selftropy Sleep Reset focuses on practical adjustments to daytime stress load, circadian alignment, nighttime behavior, environmental conditions, and the way a person responds when sleep breaks. Drawing from chronobiology, behavioral sleep research, environmental psychology, cognitive load theory, and the Selftropy® framework, the program offers structured tools designed to support long-term sleep health.
