Do you know your chronotype?

Your chronotype is your body’s natural timing preference for sleep, energy, focus, and recovery throughout the day. Understanding it can help you make more realistic decisions around sleep timing, morning pressure, evening recovery, and cognitive load.

The Sleep Reset™ Program is based on a simple reality: sleep is not only shaped by what happens before bed. The same nervous system carrying stress, cognitive overload, emotional pressure, environmental stimulation, and disrupted timing through the day is the same system expected to fall asleep and remain asleep at night.

Instead of approaching sleep as a nighttime-only issue, Sleep Reset™ focuses on practical adjustments to daytime stress load, circadian alignment, nighttime behavior, environmental conditions, and the way a person responds when sleep breaks. Drawing from chronobiology, behavioral sleep research, environmental psychology, cognitive load theory, and the Selftropy® framework, the program offers structured tools designed to reduce sleep pressure, improve sleep stability, and support long-term health.

Developed through ongoing academic research and applied behavioral frameworks, the program is intended for otherwise healthy individuals experiencing unstable, pressured, or inconsistent sleep influenced by daily conditions. The program’s application is not limited to a specific profession. It is relevant wherever stress, overload, irregular schedules, or environmental conditions interfere with healthy sleep patterns.

Like with all the Dochia Academy programs, all tools and documents are easy to follow and to be applied. Any theory and educational material as to the reasoning behind this is minimal. If you want to learn more about the background research, sign up for the Selftropy Journal for knowledge, applicable tips, and links to further reading. The Journal’s output is a maximum of 4 in-depth articles per year.

This program is part of the Selftropy® Living Framework and informed by ongoing applied research in Wellbeing.
