Reshape life-work balance

Reshape is a health-focused program developed to build a more sustainable relationship with their workday. It is best suited for people working in high-pressure, deadline-driven, and cognitively demanding environments where work often continues mentally long after the workday ends.

The program is based on a simple reality: work and personal life are not separate biological systems. The same nervous system carrying deadlines, ambiguity, client pressure, decision fatigue, and constant communication through the day is the same one expected to rest at night.

Instead of approaching balance as a vague lifestyle ideal, Reshape focuses on practical adjustments to time structure, mental load, recovery, communication patterns, and daily rhythms. Drawing from positive psychology, chronobiology, cognitive load theory, and the Selftropy® framework, the program offers structured tools designed to reduce work-to-home spillover, improve mental clarity, and support long-term health.

Industry-tailored versions and specialized tools are currently available for interior designers, architects, and other creative professionals.
