The foyer has been visually expanded by the two venetian style custom mirror walls. The patterned marble floor and a glossy cherry handrail create an impactful entrance.

The living room doubles up as a family room thus we’ve opted for a cozy yet elegant pairing of textures, shapes and fabrics. The slightly arched cheery and sandblasted glass doors can enclose this room completely or slide away to allow for flow between the adjacent spaces.

The story behind this room is beautiful: the chandelier and dining room set are family heirlooms shipped over from Italy. Naturally, we had to find them a place in the new home. The table fits perfectly however, the chandelier is slightly oversized for the room yet its charm and authenticity are priceless.

The chairs had to be refinished and for that, a striped vibrant blue fabric was selected for the seat and front and solid silk for the back. The rug mixed the soft tones of the panelling with the blues and brings it all together.
