Reshape bootcamp

Life-work balance

For interior designers and other creative professionals in the construction industry

set to launch at IDS 2026 this January

50% off with IDS seminar attendance

RESHAPE is a functional, industry-specific bootcamp designed for practicing interior designers who want to keep working at a high level without sacrificing health, clarity, or longevity. It is the first bootcamp of its kind to treat life–work balance as a design and systems problem inside professional practice, not as a personal resilience issue. Recent research shows that interior designers are burning out at rates comparable to high-risk care professions because the industry still treats overload as normal.

This bootcamp is a research-informed, practice-built program developed from original frameworks drawn from behavioral health, design systems, and real-world project work and will be introduced at IDS 2026 in a seminar on life–work balance in interior design. The bootcamp is where that conversation turns into action.

You will review instances that occur in real project conditions — client pressure, decision fatigue, emotional labor, time fragmentation — and learn how to reset boundaries and balance your work day with your personal life without stepping away from your career.

The program includes:

  • Five applied modules

  • Practical tools, not theory

  • Scenarios pulled from real design practice

  • Systems you can use during active projects

This is not therapy. It is professional infrastructure for a profession that has outgrown outdated expectations. During its launch at IDS 2026, the bootcamp is available at a reduced rate for attendees.

Life-work balance Program

The Reshape Bootcamp is part of the Life–Work Balance Program, a practical program designed for creative professionals navigating high-pressure, fast-moving construction environments. It addresses workload intensity, decision fatigue, boundary erosion, and the long-term strain that accumulates in design practice.

This program focuses on how work is structured, how energy is managed, and how professional life is sustained over time — without burnout or loss of creative capacity. It is not about working less. It is about working in ways that are viable, humane, and resilient in a demanding industry.

Life–Work Balance offers tools and frameworks to help designers maintain clarity, rhythm, and wellbeing while continuing to perform at a high level.

Formats include:
Asynchronous courses/ bootcamps
1:1 and group workshops
Corporate talks
Digital tools and downloads

This program is informed by ongoing applied research in Wellbeing.
