chronotypes and cognitive energy patterns
burnout and mental load accumulation
practical strategies for restructuring the workday with greater clarity and resilience
Life–work balance is not a question of “working less,” but of an evolving relationship between biological health, professional culture, and the structure of contemporary daily life.
Drawing from chronobiology, behavioral health, psychology, and 25 years of design practice, Adriana examines how modern work patterns interact with stress physiology, cognitive overload, emotional regulation, and long-term wellbeing.
Participants are introduced to Selftropy®, a research-informed framework that investigates the interaction between self, time, environment, and behavioral patterns in everyday life. Rather than promoting rigid productivity systems, the framework focuses on realistic work rhythms, and the redesign of daily structures within the realities of creative practice to promote sustainable health.
