Reshape Life-Work Balance
THE BOOTCAMP
For interior designers, ARCHITECTS, and creative professionals
LAUNCH EDITION NOW OPEN
$245USD+tax
A functional, industry-specific bootcamp designed for practicing interior designers who want to keep working at a high level without sacrificing health, clarity, or longevity. It is the first bootcamp of its kind to treat life–work balance as a design and systems problem inside professional practice, not as a personal resilience issue. Recent research shows that interior designers are burning out at rates comparable to high-risk care professions because the industry still treats overload as normal.
This bootcamp is a research-informed, practice-built program developed from original frameworks drawn from behavioral health, design systems, and real-world project work and was introduced at IDS 2026 in a seminar on life–work balance in interior design.
You will review instances that occur in real project conditions — client pressure, decision fatigue, emotional labor, time fragmentation — and learn how to reset boundaries and balance your work day with your personal life without stepping away from your career.
The program includes:
Five applied modules
Practical, applicable tools (not theory)
Examples pulled from real design practice
Tactics you can use during active projects
Launch note: This is a launch edition. While small technical refinements may still be in progress, the program content and tools are complete and ready to use.
Not ready for the bootcamp?
OTHER PROGRAM OPTIONS
practice balancing your life-work stress independently using the Self-directed Micro-practice
book a first one-to-one training to work live on your particular situation
pursue additional focused one-to-one sessions addressing other areas of concern
Each step builds on the same sefltropic principle: small, well-placed adjustments can work as a plug-and-play and tend to produce more durable change than broad, unspecific efforts.
The Reshape Bootcamp for creatives is part of the Reshape life–work balance program, and adapted for creative professionals navigating high-pressure, fast-moving construction environments. It addresses industry-specific workload intensity, decision fatigue, boundary erosion, and the long-term strain that accumulates in design practice.
How do you structure your work day? How do you manage your energy? How do you sustain your professional life over time without burnout? These are just some of the questions for which it provides actionable tools. A bootcamp that gives you the tools to work in ways that are viable, humane, and resilient in one of the most demanding industries.
