Selftropy® Sleep Reset

ONE-TO-ONE TRAINING

Work directly with Adriana to adjust the quality of your sleep. Learn to intervene by adjusting one element within the broader sleep system. This is not a general discussion, or broad coaching. It is a targeted, applied training focuses on your most problematic area in need of adjustment that will be determined pre-session via an online scored-assessment. This is the most compact component of the Sleep reset program.

HOW IT WORKS

After purchase and before the work-session, you are granted access and you will receive:
A. —a short intake form
B. —a scored assessment reflecting your recent work pattern

This material identifies the most relevant intervention point and ensures the session is grounded in recent, real conditions.

During the live work-session, the focus is placed on your lowest-scored intervention ponit that will fall in one of the three core categories:

  • Sleep Field (ambient)

  • Threshold Protection

  • Night Interruption Protocol

The session discusses how that issue presents and offers one direct adjustment that fits within the participant’s existing constraints.

Following the session, you will apply the adjustments discussed over several days and receive a short follow-up process with additional implementation material and practice tools.

EXPECTATIONS

Identify one potential trigger in your normal day and learn one adjustment that can be implemented right away. The session isolates one of three points of leverage:

  • Sleep Field (ambient)

  • Threshold Protection

  • Night Interruption Protocol

You should expect to leave with one change clear enough to apply under normal living conditions.

Some participants may notice immediate changes in how they relate to sleep, such as reduced pressure, fewer escalation responses during night awakenings, or clearer structure around sleep timing. Others may gain clarity about where their sleep system is being disrupted and how to approach it.

This is not a treatment for clinical sleep disorders such as chronic insomnia, sleep apnea, or medically driven sleep disturbances.

With this training, you will also get complementary access to the self-directed micro-practice.

WHO IS THIS FOR

This is intended for otherwise healthy individuals who experience unstable, pressured, or inconsistent sleep influenced by daily conditions.

It generally applies to people who:

  • wake during the night and are unsure how to return to sleep

  • feel pressure to fall asleep or return to sleep

  • experience variability in sleep timing or quality

  • notice that stress, workload, or daily structure affects sleep

  • wake feeling unrefreshed despite sufficient time in bed

NEXT STEPS

Each step builds on the same sefltropic principle: small, well-placed adjustments can work as a plug-and-play and tend to produce more durable change than broad, unspecific efforts.
