2. Designer review ➝ The designer reviews, schedules your session, and confirms fees

3. Live work-session ➝ rapid-fire work-session where solutions and reactions are exchanged to shape clear decisions on the spot

– Annotated plan from the session
– A concise booklet for you to use and learn how to think of space planning in relationship to your needs
– Your notes from your own Dochia-directed work that are valuable in the DIY process

All rates outlined are per-floor and specific level of complexity. Sessions are scheduled for a fixed duration. If additional time is requested during the session, it is billed at $350/hour, prorated (it is expected that larger rooms or extensive discussions may run into overtime).
