Reshape Life-work Balance

ONE-TO-ONE TRAINING

In this one-to-one training you will work directly with Adriana on your own type of work pressure, with the goal of reducing work-to-home stress spillover. You will learn how to intervene within your typical workday structure and adjust one key element. This is not a general discussion, or broad coaching. It is a targeted, applied training part of the Selftropy™ Methodologies. It focuses on your most problematic area in need of adjustment that will be determined pre-session via an online scored-assessment.

The purpose of this practice is to identify and apply manageable adjustments, focus on one during the session. This is the most compact component of the Reshape life-work balance training program.

HOW IT WORKS

After purchase and before the work-session, you are granted access and you will receive:
A. —a short intake form
B. —a scored assessment reflecting your recent work pattern

This material is used to identify the most relevant intervention point and ensure the session is grounded in one actual condition rather than broad assumptions.

During the live work-session, the focus is placed on your lowest-scored intervention ponit that will fall in one of the three core categories:

  • Control

  • Time

  • Recovery

The discussion is structured to clarify how that issue appears in your day and discuss how to apply direct behavioural adjustments that fit within your specific situation constraints.

Following the session, you will apply the adjustments discussed over several days and receive a short follow-up process with additional implementation material and practice tools.

WHAT THIS ONE-TO-ONE TRAINING IS MEANT TO DO

The central goal is to reduce work-to-home spillover by identifying your particular conditions that make your workday chronobiologically incompatible, and helping you change that.

The training isolates one of three points of leverage:

  • time

  • control

  • recovery

Youre pre-work-session scored-assessment will reveal your most problematic area, whcih will be the one addressed in the session. The session then works through that issue directly in relation to your actual work structure, communication patterns, and constraints.

The goal is not to create an ideal life, perfect schedule, or long-term transformation plan. The goal of this one-to-one training is to reduce one source of pressure right now in a way that is realistic, repeatable, and workable under normal conditions.

With this training, you will also get complementary access to the self-directed micro-practice.

WHO IS THIS FOR

This Micro-practice is intended for anyone who feels that the workday does not fully end when they dive into non-work tasks and time.

It applies to people working in environments with ongoing demands, shifting priorities, or constant communication, where tasks, decisions, and interactions tend to overlap.

In practical terms, it is for those who notice that:

  • work continues as thoughts, unfinished tasks, or mental pressure after the day ends

  • the start of the day is quickly taken over by external demands

  • the workday feels compressed, reactive, or difficult to sequence

  • the evening and weekends are affected by what happened during the workday or the workweek

WHERE THIS CAN LEAD

From here, you can:

Each step builds on the same sefltropic principle: small, well-placed adjustments can work as a plug-and-play and tend to produce more durable change than broad, unspecific efforts.

The Reshape Program was developed through research and case-study analysis of high-pressure, client-facing work environments, but its application is not limited to a specific profession. It is relevant wherever the structure of the day leaves residual mental load behind. Industry-tailored versions and specialized examples are currently available for interior designers, architects, and other creative professionals.

Like with all the Dochia Academy programs, all tools and documents are easy to follow and to be applied. Any theory and educational material as to the reasoning behind this is minimal.
